Art Gallery of Hamilton Wedding Photography | Victoria & Marc

In 2016 Victoria & Marc traveled to Europe for the first time, with stops in Dublin, Paris and Berlin. Marc had known for quite some time that he would propose to Victoria but he wanted to do so in a unique way. Marc wanted the moment to be extraordinary and thought, "what could be more special and romantic than proposing in Paris, the City of Love"?! Victoria, an art history grad, had an extensive bucket list for Paris. The couple took the train to Chateau Versailles as Victoria was determined to see it in person. It was incredibly busy everywhere they went, but the further they walked through the gardens, the quieter it became. It was there in under a tree covered pathway, secluded away from other tourists when the perfect opportunity presented itself. Marc dropped down on one knee and proposed. Through her tears of joy, Victoria said YES!!!

Fast forward to November 4, 2017 when these two lovebirds tied the knot. Victoria and Marc are hands down one of the sweetest couples I have ever worked with. Tears and smiles abounded as they exchanged their vows. After the ceremony, we snuck off to Dundurn Castle for their photos and they braved it out in the cold with smiles on their faces. Later, laughter filled the Art Gallery of Hamilton as their closest friends and family shared stories and expressed their love for the couple. Did I mention that they opted for a no-wedding party affair?! It's a great way to keep things simple and I loved how Victoria & Marc decided to do their own thing because that's just what they wanted!

Victoria & Marc - I wish you all the happiness! Thank you for sharing your special day with me.
